FREE Shipping For All Orders.

We process orders between Monday and Friday(GMT -8:00).

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All of our items are FREE SHIPPING in normal cases (within the contiguous Canada). You can get the items with no shipping cost. There is no other hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see in the shopping cart is the total cost of your purchase.

In a few special cases, you need to pay necessary cost of shipment, for example, return, exchange or some area.

Delivery Terms:

CHANGE OF ADDRESS:

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at service@domioutdoorliving.com

Cancellations:

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy

Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
